SHIPPING

Most of our orders are dispatched the next business day, however please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
You will receive an email with the confirmation as soon as your order is sent.

We work with fedex for national and international shipments.
National Shipments
The express service is of 2-3 business days.
The standard service is from 3-5 business days.
International Shipments
The express service is of  2-3 business days.
The standard service is from 3-7 business days.

Returns & Refund Policy

Exchange policy
We do not offer refunds for any of our products purchased. At this time, SP do not offer product exchanges. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT: Swatch colors aren't guaranteed to be accurate. Because of the variations in monitor calibrations and technology, colors, scale and texture can vary — sometimes greatly. It's also worth remember that humans can perceive colors very differently as well.

Faulty policy
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. We are happy to replace or repair to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it within 5 days of receiving your goods. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
items must –
Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.
Sofia Palmero styles are made in limited numbers and we cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available at the time of exchange. If the style or size you require is unavailable you will be issued a store credit to be used within 6 months of issue.
Please email customercare@sofiapalmero.com  your name and order number, stating why you wish to exchange your item and 2 photographs at least of the faulty. We will reply with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible.
Once we have received the item for exchange, please allow another 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and re-sent.
Please note – Sofia Palmero not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise to use trackable services and email Customer Service with your tracking number.


DUTIES & TAXES

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Sofia Palmero does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Sofia Palmero, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
